Sound Deadener

Have annoying rattles? Have too much road noise in your car? Are you tired of having to turn you music up almost all the way to be able to hear it? If you answered yes to any of the above then you may want to look into adding some sound deadener to car. Sound Deadener can do several things for you.

- First: It can help increase the sound quality of your stock or aftermarket car audio system.
- Second: It will help get rid of any annoying rattles cause by subwoofers.
- Third: It will make your car quieter and more in enjoyable to drive.

Several people have hard great success by adding a sound deadener to their car, but there are more uses for it than just in a car. I have personally used them on my garage doors to help make them quieter when opening and closing them. Once I add them to my garage doors it also helped insulate my garage. The temperature in my garage is now about a 10 degree difference from the temperature outside instead of just a 3-5 degree difference like it previously was.

Another uses for it are heat insulation. As stated above it helped insulate my garage, by adding it to the fire wall of you car it also helps insulate your vehicle. If your computer is getting to hot you can add some to it and the sound deadener will help cool it down.

You can also add it to washers and driers to reduce the annoying loud noises they produce. I saw a big difference in noise reduction after adding it to mine. People will also add this to pipes in their house. When you turn on the shower do you hear the water running above in the ceiling? Well by adding it to the pipes you can eliminate the noises. People will also use this in their home audio systems. The uses for it are almost unlimited.

The sound deadener does great in all temperatures. Whether is it 0 degrees or 110 degrees you will not have to worry about it falling off. Just make sure you do not buy one with an asphalt based adhesive. You want a butyl based adhesive. If you choose one with an asphalt adhesive over time it will become brittle and fall off. Asphalt based adhesive also fall of at a lower temperature. This type of adhesive also has the tendency to smell. When you choose one with a butyl adhesive you will be worry free and smell free after the install.
